Workshop Policies
REGISTRATION
You may register on-line via PayPal, or call us at 707-557-3337 to register with a credit card.
- Payment must be received to guarantee space in any workshop.
- Register 3 days before the workshop.
- Sign up for two or more classes and receive a 10% discount on both classes. This excludes guest instructors.
- If the workshop indicates Materials Included then all your materials included.
- If nothing is indicated then you will need to purchase your own materials.
- Materials are available at Pomegranate Seeds at a 10% discount to workshop participants the week of the workshop and the week after the workshop.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Please note that our workshop are non-refundable and there are no make-ups for missed sessions. Please check your schedule carefully before you book a workshop.
- If you need to withdraw from a workshop for which you are registered, please give 4 days notice to receive a store credit.
- Less then 4 days notice equal a forfeiture of all workshop fees.
- If you find you are unable to attend one of our workshops, you may send someone in your place. Please let us know that person’s name before the workshop so we may welcome them.
- In the unlikely event that a workshop is canceled, you’ll receive at least 48 hours notice. We will offer a credit, transfer your booking to another workshop or issue you a full refund – your choice.
DISCOUNT
You will receive a 10% discount off all your purchases the week prior to your workshop and the week after your workshop. This discount excludes already discounted merchandise.
